The CRL Vienna 044 Series 5 Degree Pre-Set Wall Mount Offset Back Plate Hinge (V1E544). It mounts the door to the wall with an offset back plate. It fits 3/8" to 1/2" thick tempered glass. Two hinges hold a door up to 100 lb; three hold up to 130 lb. The part that clamps onto the glass is 3-15/16" x 2-1/4" (tall x wide). The glass needs a mouse-ear notch 3" long x 1-13/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart, per CRL's template. It takes the same glass cut-out as the Cologne 037, Cologne 044, Cologne 045, Cologne 067 and others. Made of brass.
