## Common questions

**How do I install the CRL V4EHK?**

Press it into the channel by hand.

**How do I cut the CRL V4EHK to length?**

Measure the glass edge where the seal goes, then cut the seal to that length with plastic trim snips like the [CRL PTS89](https://idealshowerdoors.com/store/p/pts89) or a fine-tooth hacksaw. The snips give a clean, straight or angled cut in one squeeze.

**Can I return the V4EHK?**

No. All sales are final: due to the nature of shipping these long seals, items cannot be returned. Measure your [glass thickness](https://idealshowerdoors.com/store/measure) and check the suggested gap before you order; our measuring guide shows how.
