About this hinge
The CRL Trento 074 Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge (TNT074) is a wall mount hinge for frameless glass shower doors; it fits 3/8" to 1/2" glass, and needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-15/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart in the glass. Made by C.R. Laurence (CRL) in 5 finishes, including polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black.
The CRL Trento 074 Series Wall Mount Short Back Plate Hinge (TNT074). It mounts the door to the wall with a short back plate. It fits 3/8" to 1/2" thick tempered glass. Two hinges hold a door up to 150 lb and 40" wide; three hold up to 190 lb. The part that clamps onto the glass is 4" x 2-5/16" (tall x wide). The glass needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-15/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart, per CRL's template. Made of brass body with stainless steel back plate.

This hinge needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-15/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart in the tempered glass, per CRL's template. Tempered glass can't be cut after it's made, so a replacement hinge has to fit the cut-out already in your glass.
