What is the difference between the IDEAL Conditioner and the IDEAL Bath Kit?
The Conditioner (sold as a 2-pack of 8 oz bottles) is for everyday cleaning and shine on glass that is already in good shape. The Bath Kit is the full three-step system: Restore lifts built-up water spots and haze, TopCoat seals the glass with a water-repellent coating, and the Conditioner keeps it looking new. The kit includes one bottle of Conditioner.
Which one should I get if my glass is cloudy or spotted?
The IDEAL Bath Kit. Its Restore step is made to lift built-up hard-water spots and haze before TopCoat protects the glass. The Conditioner alone is for upkeep, not for removing heavy buildup.

What surfaces can I use it on?

How does shipping work?
Shipping is free. We pack and ship it from IDEAL, usually within 1-3 business days, anywhere in the lower 48 states and DC.
Why a 2-pack?

Can I buy just one bottle?
Not on its own. The Conditioner ships as a 2-pack. The IDEAL Bath Kit also includes one 8 oz bottle of Conditioner along with Restore and TopCoat.
Can I use it in my car?
Yes. It works great on your car's interior surfaces and on both the inside and outside of the windshield, leaving a clear, streak-free finish. Just mist, wipe and buff.
Will it remove hard-water haze?
No. The Conditioner is for everyday cleaning, shine and upkeep. To bring cloudy, hazy or water-spotted glass back to clear, start with the IDEAL Bath Kit and its Restore step.
How often should I use it?
