About this hinge
The CRL Palermo Adjustable Wall Mount Offset Back Plate Hinge (PAL044) is a wall mount hinge for frameless glass shower doors; it fits 3/8" - 1/2" glass, and needs a rectangular notch 2-13/16" long x 2-1/2" deep, holes 2-5/16" apart in the glass. Made by C.R. Laurence (CRL) in 3 finishes, including polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black.
The CRL Palermo Adjustable Wall Mount Offset Back Plate Hinge (PAL044). It mounts the door to the wall with an offset back plate. It fits 3/8" - 1/2" thick tempered glass. It holds a door up to 110 lb and 39" wide. The part that clamps onto the glass is 3-1/8" x 3-1/2" (tall x wide). The glass needs a rectangular notch 2-13/16" long x 2-1/2" deep, holes 2-5/16" apart, per CRL's template. It takes the same glass cut-out as the Chrome 180. Made of brass.

Glass cut-out
This hinge needs a rectangular notch 2-13/16" long x 2-1/2" deep, holes 2-5/16" apart in the tempered glass, per CRL's template. Tempered glass can't be cut after it's made, so a replacement hinge has to fit the cut-out already in your glass.
