The CRL Senior Prima 06 Series EZ-Adjust Top Mount Hinge (SRPPH06) is a pivot hinge for frameless glass shower doors; it fits 1/2" glass. Made by C.R. Laurence (CRL) in 4 finishes, including polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black.
The CRL Senior Prima 06 Series EZ-Adjust Top Mount Hinge (SRPPH06). It is a pivot hinge: the door turns on a pin instead of hanging from the side, and this one mounts at the top or bottom of the door (header and floor or curb). It fits 1/2" thick tempered glass. It holds a door up to 145 lb and 36" wide. The part that clamps onto the glass is 2-5/8" x 4-3/4" (tall x wide). Made of brass.

Glass cut-out
CRL does not publish a cut-out drawing for this hinge. Tempered glass can't be cut after it's made, so a replacement hinge has to fit the cut-out already in your glass.
