About this towel bar

The CRL 30" Back-to-Back Tubular Towel Bar is a back-to-back towel bar for frameless glass shower doors that fits 1/4" to 1/2" glass and mounts 30" center to center. Made by C.R. Laurence (CRL) in brushed nickel.

The BM Series is the most popular back-to-back towel bar in this line. This set includes one 30" bar for each side of the door, made from heavy 3/4" brass tubing. Decorative metal washers hide small chips around the hole, and plastic washers keep metal off the glass. It needs two 1/2" holes in tempered glass 1/4" to 1/2" thick, 30" apart center to center.

  • Back-to-back pair: one bar on each side of the glass
  • 30" (762 mm) center to center
  • Heavy 3/4" (19 mm) brass tubing
  • Decorative 1-1/4" (32 mm) metal washers hide small chips around the hole
  • Fits 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) tempered glass

Common questions

What glass thickness does the CRL 30" Back-to-Back Tubular Towel Bar fit?

1/4" to 1/2" thick tempered glass. Measure your glass at a bare edge before you order; our measuring guide shows how.

What hole spacing does it need?

Two holes 30" apart, center to center. If you're replacing a handle, measure the distance between the centers of your existing holes; it has to match.

Is it one towel bar or a pair?

A back-to-back pair: one for the inside of the door and one for the outside, with the hardware to join them through the glass.

What finishes does it come in?

Brushed Nickel. Match the finish of the hinges and other hardware on your shower.

Can I return it?

No. All sales are final, so please check your glass thickness, hole spacing and finish before you order.

Replacing a handle?

Match your holes, glass and finish.

Measure center to center between your existing holes and check your glass thickness. A new handle has to match both.
