Glass cut-out
This hinge needs a mouse-ear notch 2-3/8" long x 1-3/8" deep, holes 2-1/8" apart in the tempered glass, per CRL's template. Tempered glass can't be cut after it's made, so a replacement hinge has to fit the cut-out already in your glass.
Same cut-out (2): these fit the same glass.

Match your holes, glass and finish.
Measure center to center between your existing holes and check your glass thickness. A new handle has to match both.
