About this hinge
The CRL 180º Glass-to-Glass Positive Close Cologne Hinge (C0L780) is a glass-to-glass hinge for frameless glass shower doors; it fits 3/8" to 1/2" glass, and needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-13/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart in the glass. Made by C.R. Laurence (CRL) in polished chrome.
The CRL 180º Glass-to-Glass Positive Close Cologne Hinge (C0L780). It hangs the door from a fixed glass panel at 180° (in line with the panel). It fits 3/8" to 1/2" thick tempered glass. Two hinges hold a door up to 110 lb and 36" wide; three hold up to 140 lb. The part that clamps onto the glass is 3-15/16" tall. The glass needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-13/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart, per CRL's template. It takes the same glass cut-out as the Cologne 037, Cologne 044, Cologne 045, Cologne 067 and others. Made of brass.

Glass cut-out
This hinge needs a mouse-ear notch or a rectangular notch 3" long x 1-13/16" deep, holes 2-3/4" apart in the tempered glass, per CRL's template. Tempered glass can't be cut after it's made, so a replacement hinge has to fit the cut-out already in your glass.
